Applications for the 2014 intake of the Cricket Australia High Performance Coaching Program are now open.

Please see the details below and contained in the e-brochure (link below). You will be required to submit your application with Cricket Australia via the e-brochure and your application must contain your personal details, a letter of application (including any specific information that will support your application) and a coaching resume before 5pm (AEST) on Monday 14 April 2014.

The cost of the program is $5,000 per candidate. (You may be eligible for a rebate from the relevant cricket body (i.e. Cricket Australia, your State or Territory Association, the ACA or your Club/School).

ALL applicants will be required to commit to 12 months of coach learning and development with some key dates outlined below;


–          High Performance Coach Profiling Tool completion

–          ALL Face to Face sessions (Pre-residential, Residential and supplementary modules)

–          A report from your national body, state association or club/school

–          Presentation of Assessment workbook

–          Job interview for a national coaching position

ENTER for your chance to attend the opening of the brand new National Cricket Centre in Brisbane! 

Cricket Coaches Australia (CCA) and Gatorade have teamed up to offer four of our CCA members a chance to attend the opening of the new National Cricket Centre in Brisbane on Tuesday November 12, 2013.
Winners of this competition will receive;
  • a return economy airfare to Brisbane
  • an official tour of the facility with VIP’s
  • a meeting with the National Men’s & Women’s team coaches, Darren Lehmann and Cathryn Fitzpatrick; and
  • a year’s supply worth of Gatorade.
Entry into the competition is FREE*; however this offer is only open to currently accredited coaches. To enter the competition, all you need to do is answer the following question in 25 words or less:
What has been your best experience as a coach?
The winner will be judged on the most original and creative entries, as adjudicated by Cricket Australia.
Registration for the competition can be completed by sending your submission to [email protected] Please ensure you include your name and CAID number in the email so winners can be notified.
Winners will be judged on Wednesday 6th November.
