Bowling a Good Line and Length

My name is bharath. I want to became a good allround cricketer. I play cricket since from childhood. I have lots of dreams of playing for indian cricket. But i dont have have practice of playing with leather ball. But i will work very very hard but i need chance to practice. I am 19yrs old. I am doing 2nd year engineering. But i am ready to leave engineering for my cricket. In my schooldays i wanted to join to cricket coaching but my parents were not financially good. In my school there was no oppurtunities for cricket. Later i thought of joining to cricket coaching during my pu college days, but it was not in my hand. Because i has got glasses to my eyes. In my PU college my classmates did not allow me to join with to college cricket team. Later i joined engineering it became very difficult to live without cricket. Because of my glasses and not knowing how to play with leather ball i didnt go to college cricket team selection. Later in 2nd year i finally forgetting all my disadvantages i joined for coaching but i could not continue becoz i could not cope up with both studies adn cricket, so i left it. I have exams it will be over by this month end then my father told he is ready for laser surgery for my eyes, so that i can see without glasses. But i will promise u sir if u take me as ur student i will work very hard for it. I will give my entire life to cricket. I will be definitely work sincere with your guidance. i am not in financially good position to pay the money and to buy the cricket kit.please take me as your student….

i do not have a control on my action of bowling. can  you suggest me  some ideas, how to improve it?
