Mosman Cricket Club seeks a results driven Head Coach for Grade Cricket for 2010-11.
The Club has a youthful and inexperienced squad and is seeking a proven Coach with the ability to motivate, plan and deliver performance at both Club and individual level.
The Club has invested in development programs aimed at producing at quality Grade cricketers. With recent retirements, there is the need for an experienced coach to develop these players into winning Grade cricketers and for higher representative honours.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive and deliver improved Club performance, with a particular emphasis on first grade
- Deliver a comprehensive coaching plan for the season with clear goals and be able to
- communicate this plan to all players and the Club as a whole
- Act with, and impose discipline on all practice and match activities
- Align activities of all Club Coaches to Club goals
- Be able to identify and deliver significant improvement in individual performances
The candidate should also have a proven track record in Club Coaching and be a current holder of Level 2 certificate
Suitable remuneration is available.
